Ram Inn



No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend the hosted ghost hunt events. Under 18s are only permitted on the Junior ghost hunts.

Please Note:

  • If we believe anyone under age is attending, we can ask for proof of age.
  • Our location may not suitable for guests with disabilities.

  • Due to restrictions and the timings of the events heavily pregnant women are not allowed on any of our events. If you have any questions regarding this please call us on 07394 633 807 for further information.
  • Everyone is required to act in a responsible and respectful manner at all times.
  • Failure to comply with this will result in you being asked to leave the event
  • Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on an event.  If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the event, they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for any part of monies paid for the event.
  • There are strict laws in the UK and these will be adhered to on your event.  A designated smoking area is available.
  • The Ancient Ram Inn will not be liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the event, during the event and on the journey back home from the event.  This includes any damage that may be caused by any spiritual or poltergeist activity during the event.
  • You attend tour events at your own risk.
  • The Ancient Ram Inn accepts no liability for any accident, incident or Injury to a guest, whatever the cause.
  • By accepting and agreeing with these terms and conditions, you are further indemnifying the promoters , organisers and any individuals from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, proceedings, any kind of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or persons, or damage to any property arising from the client’s participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.
  • We suggest that due to the lateness of the event, you make arrangements that ensure you are not too tired to drive
  • The use of cameras, filming and recording equipment is permitted on our events.
  • Any footage caught is deemed to be for personal use only and not for public view.
  • Before commencing video or audio capture, you must advise anybody being recorded so that they are aware and have the choice not to be included.
  • When leaving the event, you will ensure that due to the lateness of the hour you will respect the needs of nearby residents by leaving quietly and quickly.
  • Please be made aware that we ask you to attend on time for your event, as one person late can set back the investigation.  We ask that you make us aware beforehand if you are unable to attend the event.
  • It is your responsibility for your transport to and from an event.  We will not accept any liability for lateness, due to traffic conditions.  It is also your responsibility to park vehicles in a safe and legal manor.  We will not accept any liability for any parking fines you may incur.
  • Customers parking in The Ancient Ram Inn car park do so at their own risk.  We will not accept responsibility for any damage, accidents or losses.
